The Management In-Focus Experience
A Drucker Based Experience for Executives

Led by Professor Joseph Maciariello and Derek Bell, MBA

I highly recommend The Experience for anyone.  Even after his death, Peter Drucker continues to teach me.  For over thirty years I have observed the results of leaders who apply Peter’s wisdom—they get results in whatever they are trying to accomplish, whether it be business, the social sector, personal issues—whatever. Joe and Derek make a great team and are well equipped to further your understanding of Peter’s ideas and ideals.

The Management In-Focus Experience is an instructor led course combining management theory and practice for high-level leaders.  The course is not designed for beginners, but instead for those looking for a challenging refresher course, or those looking to increase their understanding of Peter Drucker’s thoughts on management.  After all, it was Drucker who  established the disciple of management—why not go to the source, the foundation.

On June 2, 2009 The Management In-Focus Experience will launch its inaugural cohort.  While the course will use the most tenured and proven management thought, it will employ the latest video conferencing technology so that participants will not have to leave the convenience of their own home or office. The intellectual journey will be led by Peter Drucker’s only co-author and established management thinker, Professor Joseph (Joe) Maciariello.  Joe’s work with Peter includes The Daily Drucker, The Effective Executive in Action, and Management; Revised, all of which continue to be among Harper Collins’ best-selling business resources.   Joe has reviewed, developed and taught Drucker courses and seminars in the US, Europe, South America and Asia.

In addition to Joe’s leadership, Derek Bell will serve the group as facilitator and concierge.  It will be Derek’s job to make sure you are well served on this journey.
