Mosaic Trust is a “boutique” literary agency—and always will be.
We have chosen this route for several reasons: |

We want to give each client the highest level of service possible – this really can’t be accomplished with too many plates spinning in the air. There are times when, for the sake of our current clients, we have to say NO to new clients.

We would rather spend time working on furthering the ideas of clients without the responsibility of managing a team and complex business. What—no teamwork? We pull in some of the greatest free agent minds around to help us address specific challenges.

If you truly understand ideas, strategies, and the power of people you should also understand leverage. A few highly leveraged people can get a lot done!

In the end, being a literary agent is about relationships with authors and relationships with publishing houses. Groups of people don’t have relationships with one another—people have relationships with people.
